This appears to be a bug because no application should keep the screen on while the device is charging. In some cases, you have to keep the screen on while the software does its job.
However, if this software is used on a desktop platform, then your display stay opened based on your preferences, but if you use it on mobile, the display should stay open while it's doing its job, else lock your device.
If you know the software is installed, go to Start > Search and type its name. Once you find it, right-click the icon and choose Send to > Desktop (Create Shortcut). It will place a shortcut of the application on your desktop.
Additionally, go to Program Files on C: drive and look for Clean Master. Once you find it, right-click the executable file and choose the same options like you previously did.

The Clean Master x86 is developed to run on Windows machines that have Windows on 32bit mode. It's possible that the Clean Master package was developed to run on both versions of Windows (32 or 64bit). There is no exact information about it, but I believe this is the case. Additionally, this could be a duplicate entry for the application in which case the correct name of the application would be Clean Master.
